CASHQ would like to correspond with you electronically regarding any and all accounts opened for you by CASHQ and regarding the debit card issued by, and funds held at, Stearns Bank, NA and inquiries in which you are the account owner, authorized signer, or authorized representative. In order to do so, your consent to receive these communications via electronic means is required.

"We," "us," and "our," means collectively, CASHQ, Stearns Bank NA and Productfy, Inc. "You" and
"your'' means the individual(s) or entity giving this consent, and also each additional account owner, authorized signer, authorized representative, delegate, product owner and/or service user identified on any service or product that you apply for, use or access.
Please read this Electronic Communication Disclosure ("Disclosure") as it applies to all communications
and disclosures for the products, services and accounts made available by [Fintech Name] and offered by
Stearns Bank, NA. "Communications" means your debit card agreement (and any notices regarding
change in terms), periodic account statements, tax statements, disclosures, notice, error resolution
policies and notices, responses to claims, transaction history, privacy policies and notices and all other
communications related to the product, service or account, including but not limited to information that we
are required by law to provide to you in writing.

NOTE

By clicking the relevant approval button below the link to this disclosure in the application, you agree to
receive Communications electronically and represent and warrant that you are able to open a PDF file.
Electronic Delivery of Communications

You agree that we may choose to make Communications available only in electronic format, to the extent
allowed by law, unless and until you withdraw your consent as described below. All Communications that
we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either:
(1) via email;
(2) by access to a website that we will designate in an email notice we send to you at the time the information is available;
(3) to the extent permissible by law, by access to a website that we will generally designate in advance for
such purpose; or
(4) by requesting you download a PDF file containing the Communications.

We may not send you a paper copy of any Communications which is available electronically unless you request it, or we otherwise deem it appropriate to do so. You can obtain a paper copy of an electronic
Communication by printing it yourself or by requesting that we mail you a paper copy, provided that such request is made within a reasonable time after we first provided the electronic Communication to you. To request a paper copy, call us at the phone numbers listed below. We may charge you a reasonable service charge, of which we have provided you prior notice, for the delivery of the paper copies of any Communication provided to you electronically pursuant to this authorization.

Withdrawal of Electronic Acceptance of Communication

You may withdraw your consent to receive communications in electronic form by calling us at the number listed below. At our discretion, we may treat your provision of an invalid email address, or subsequent
malfunction of a previously valid email address, as a withdrawal of your consent to require electronic
Communications. We will not impose any fee to process the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications. Any withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal.

How to Update Your Records

It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address current so that we can communicate with you electronically. It is also your responsibility to provide us with true, accurate and complete contact information including but not limited to e-mail address, contact, and other information related to your application for any account. You can update information, such as your primary email address, by calling us at the phone number listed below.
System Requirements to Access Information
In order to access and retain electronic Communications, you must have

▪ A personal computer, mobile, tablet or similar device with internet access and current browser
software and computer software that is capable of receiving, accessing, displaying, and either

Federal Law

You acknowledge and agree that your consent to electronic Communication is being provided in connection with a transaction affecting interstate commerce that is subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (the "E-Sign Act"), and that you and we both intend that the Act apply to the fullest extent possible to validate our ability to conduct business with you by electronic means.

Termination/Changes

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue the provision of your electronic Communications, or to terminate or change the terms and conditions on which we provide Communications. We will provide you with notice of any such termination or change as required by law.

How does CASHQ protect my personal information?

CASHQ CALIFORNIA PRIVACY POLICY ADDENDUM

This CASHQ California Privacy Policy Addendum ("Addendum") sets forth the 256H LLC privacy policy applicable with respect to consumers residing in California.

"You" and "yours" means you the customer, residing in California, who has registered for or is otherwise using our money transfer services, CASHQ E-Wallet services, or any other services provided by 256H LLC (collectively the "Services").

"We," "us," and "our" means 256H LLC dba CASHQ and our successors, assignees or affiliates. Pronto Money Transfer Inc. is referred to in this Addendum as "CASHQ".

It is the policy of CASHQ to collect, use, store and protect customer information in accordance with applicable law. You may review our general Privacy Policy here.

The following Addendum is applicable our customers who are residents of California. For California residents it is our policy to collect, use, store, provide access to and protect customer information in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA").

In providing services, including remittance services and/or E-Wallet Services (collectively "Services") we will collect personal information ("Personal Information") including: (a) in-formation such as your name, address, tax identification number, identification number and email address that you provide when you register for service, (b) information about transactions made by you, such as date, amount, and beneficiary and/or payee information, and (c) electronic information concerning your use and access to our website, mobile applications and social media.

For example, we may collect Personal Information from forms you complete, through customer support interactions when you provide the information to us, when you complete online forms or register for our loyalty and reward programs. We may also collect Personal Information indirectly from you, such as when you visit our website through cookies or similar technologies. CASHQ respects your privacy. We do not sell or provide access to your personal information to any third parties in exchange for money or other compensation.

CASHQ does, however, participate in advertising and marketing programs and other programs to analyze market trends, whereby we and third parties with whom we contract may review Personal Information and derive some form of value, which exchanges of Personal Information may constitute a "sale" under applicable law.

Upon our receipt and verification of your written request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.

For example, we will be unable to adhere your request where we are required to maintain the Personal Information in order to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement, such as maintenance of certain information pertaining to cross-border money transfer activity. You may make such a request up to 2 times during any single twelve (12) month period.
